Through an international bidding process published by the government of Panama, under the policies of the World Bank, IDEATI was selected as the company in charge of the execution of this important project, after having obtained one hundred percent of the score in the technical evaluation.
The project called Consultancy for the Development of Electronic Forms in a WEB environment, for the registration of households, companies, organizations and / or people, for the National Institute of Statistics and Census (INEC) of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic of Panama, was successfully executed from October 2019 to July 2020, despite the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic and the adaptations that had to be made to the way of working, both by the IDEATI team and by the counterpart of the INEC team.
All the objectives of the project were achieved, highlighting the construction of all the surveys and electronic forms required by the three beneficiary sections of the project:
- Sociodemographic Surveys Section.
- Balance of Payments Section
- Business Surveys Section.
As an added value, taking into account the situation of the pandemic, IDEATI is carrying out additional post-production monitoring, with the aim of helping the institution in the implementation of the new instruments.
